What is a Benefit Card?

A Benefit Card is a digital pass that gives you access to discounts and exclusive offers at our partner locations across Istria — restaurants, hotels, boat trips, wine tastings, activities and more.

What is the difference between Silver and Gold?

Both cards include the same benefits and partner discounts. The only difference is duration — Silver is valid for 14 days, Gold is valid for 6 months. Gold is ideal if you plan multiple visits or a longer stay.

How do I receive my card?

After purchase, your digital pass is delivered instantly to your email. No printing required — just show it on your phone at any partner location.

How do I use the card at a partner location?

Simply show your digital pass (email or phone screen) at the partner location before paying. The staff will apply your discount immediately.

Where can I use the Benefit Card?

You can use it at all listed partner locations. Browse the full list on our What to Visit page.

Can I share my card with someone else?

The card is intended for personal use by the purchaser. It is not transferable to other people.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely via Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

Since the card is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available after delivery. If you have an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
